秋意正濃嘅十一月份,就係到咗好姐妹小花生日嘅好時候喇,負責搵好嘢食嘅我,已經早兩個星期上嚟open rice度尋覓啱心水嘅餐廳。大中小花嘅聚會,其實真係貴精不貴多,所以每一次都要盡善盡美,希望大家都可以留下美好回憶。八月份(中花生日)我哋去咗旺角區,十月份(大花生日)我哋就去咗尖沙咀區,所以今次我就已經縮窄範圍決定要嚟中環區覓食,同時又可以遷就到今晚主角住港島區呢一點,經過一輪篩選之後,唔想要大家行太多路去搵地點,所以一啲半山位置嘅餐廳我就暫不考慮喇,而我心目中搵緊一間近乎半高級水準嘅要求,睇嚟呢間"Westwood Carvery"好似唔錯啵~於是乎我就穏穏陣陣咁,經open rice apps訂座,萬無一失餐廳位置極容易搵,就算冇蒲開蘭桂芳嘅朋友都絕對唔洗擔心,只要一出中環站向住蘭桂坊嘅必經微斜路第一條橫街轉入嚟,一眼就可以發現佢哋嘅大門口。推門入去,同職員講我哋book咗枱㗎,佢二話不說就示意我哋出去轉右上大廈一樓樓上雅座,似乎地下範圍好似有包場活動呢~樓上面積雖然唔係話十分大,主要都係有大約七至八張四人枱,但勝在環境裝修都富有西方色彩,帶一點點歐陸情懷,再加上柔和嘅燈光之下,更

主角通常都係壓軸出場㗎喇...咁就俾我哋有機可乘,先揀食物
肚子咕咕叫呀~呢度嘅餐牌全以英文顯示,如果有唔明白嘅地方都可以向職員查詢,皆因兩位女職員都係講廣東話^^我哋兩個相議一輪之後,怕三個女子食唔哂set dinner嘅份量,最後都決定散叫,可以試多款小食,而大花仲靜靜雞咁趁主角未嚟,落咗個甜品柯打,需要佢哋喺上面寫上Happy Birthday字句呢

Portobello Fries($108蚊):大花超鍾意食菇,見到炸菇佢就口水流...呢款係starters裡面嘅其中一個菜式,炸洋菇配蒜蓉泥蛋黃醬。由於主角喺食物嚟到之後一陣先至出現,佢眼見仲話以為係炸單骨雞翼嚟
咦個賣相又真係幾似喎...大磨菇被切成條狀後再炸起至金黃色,外皮脆口,裡面菇汁水份充足,沾點佢哋特製烤焗過嘅蒜蓉泥蛋黃醬就變得獨有風味~唔錯呀

Fried Calamari($148蚊):呢款都係屬於starters項目裡面嘅小食之一,係大花鍾意食嘅炸魷魚(我最近發現同佢去邊度佢都會嗌魷魚?!XD)魷魚完隻整條炸上,所以份量很多,無論三角頭+魚身+魷魚鬚都可以食得到。魷魚口感偏腍,不爽不硬相信係用新鮮魷魚泡製先至會有嘅呢種口感。醬汁亦係同炸洋菇一樣用蒜蓉泥蛋黃醬,仲可以唧一啲檸檬汁上去,增添清新嘅味道。

Creamed corn($60蚊):忌廉粟米係我叫嘅,屬於sides dishes裡面嘅菜式,鍾意食粟米嘅人應該都唔會say no。粟米入面嘅忌廉醬汁由忌廉溝牛油再加咗牛奶混合而成,所以口感滑溜而不膩,忌廉香氣亦很濃郁,粟米份量足以令人有飽腹嘅感覺,所以如果唔係多人聚餐嘅話,可以考慮試其他呀~

Canadian Sea Urchin carbonara($238蚊):真係唔好意思...自從我兩年前喺大阪黑門巿場食過人生第一啖嘅海膽之後,我個人就已經變咗一個海膽迷
見到呢款意粉係Chef's special pasta,代表唔係成日都有,因為選用時令加拿大海膽,夏天係冇㗎,今日有幸可以一嚐,開心
整碟意粉色香味俱全,未擺入口眼見dressing已經非常吸睛。新鮮加拿大海膽算是大size,刺身咁嘅級數味道鮮甜好味,合埋口感受海膽嘅回香,丁點兒腥味都冇,絕讚!!!配以忌廉培根蛋麵亦算合襯,混合拌醬嘅味道恰到好處,冇過濃而搶去身型細小嘅海膽味道,三個人一齊share嚟食夠哂過癮

Our signature USDA prime rib<westwood cut>($488蚊):見到呢度嘅牛扒係house specialities咁厲害,當然要試試,牛扒非常肉嫩多汁,紅白相間脂肪嘅牛肋肉,肉質結實,經去骨處理之後唔洗太多調味,慢烤至medium rare嘅生熟程度令人滿意,軟腍易切,牛味盡出,點一點佢哋提供嘅homemade barbecue醬汁更加好吃,醬汁仲要係熱嘅呢!
