Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日又同男朋友拍拖去。。。。YEAH!😍今次佢好叻仔咁搵咗呢間餐廳。。。。Wooohooo !今次呢間叫LAB EAT Restaurant &Bar! 我地係佐敦站街行過去好似比較近d !睇睇個table setting 先!嘿嘿。。。。 有個靚靚蠟燭🕯️所以增添咗呢到嘅氣氛喔!先黎嘅就係餐前麵包。上嘅時間仲暖暖地架!佢枱上面有黑醋點黎食!我就咩都冇點試試個包嘅味 !不過我覺得可能麵包同湯一齊黎會好d 我個人比較鐘意麵包點湯食而且今次嘅麵包就硬咗少少!跟住就上呢個龍蝦湯!哇哇哇,飲落超濃龍蝦味,而且仲有d 龍蝦肉係入面,我欣賞佢唔會好似其他店嘅龍蝦湯咁得個咸字而且冇龍蝦味!呢個要讚真心 好濃龍蝦味!跟住就黎個小小冷盤,紅蝦!好特別成隻蝦都都係紅色的。右邊有2種醬分別係芫荽醬同埋酸辣醬!比大家睇睇佢嘅蝦膏超多,而且一d都唔腥仲幾鮮甜。蝦肉都好鮮甜,不過個人覺得佢可以處理多少少 d蝦殼 因為要自己剝真係有少少狼狽,成手都係😂😂當然係我......男朋友隻手啦!要讚嘅係店員見到就即刻開咗張濕紙巾比我男朋友!又幾貼心,我都唔夠佢快!哇哈哈哈哈!跟住就到主菜啦,我叫咗黑松露海膽忌廉意粉!一入口黑

跟住就到主菜啦,我叫咗黑松露海膽忌廉意粉!一入口黑松露味超級重,而且d 海膽又好鮮甜呀,搞到我男朋友都同我搶住黎食~哼!不過其中有少少扣分嘅係我覺得佢d 意粉有d 硬可能煮耐少少會好d 不過可能係廚師想比我地食呢個口感?我唔清楚啦!但個人就覺得再「淋」一d d,就perfect 而且個汁都超creamy !我好鐘意!

最後就到甜品了!😍超靚 佢就係Brownie Ball !點解佢會上面有個窿架呢? 咁係因為一開始店員會幫我地點火然後做到好似火焰雪糕咁嘅效應令雪外殼溶化然後就可以開動了!
入面上層伯爵味雪糕,我個人都幾鐘意,因為唔會太甜!而下層就係Brownie 啦。
Brownie 口感唔會太硬而且入面仲有d 果仁口感幾豐富!而佢個底係有d 酒嘅 如果就咁用叉點就會覺得好濃酒味所以未必接受到,但如果夾埋brownie 食就會中和反,所以唔錯呀!有驚喜
差d 唔記得講店員會叫我地手機really 拍片拍住佢整果個 Brownie ball 就打一下卡丫嘛

最後最後就係 我杯cocktail bubble pink 😍黎到Bar 點可以唔飲有少少酒嘅飲品? 所以就叫咗呢杯 粉紅色的!嘿嘿,又靚又好飲!佢係重荔枝味的喔!

總結呢餐超滿意!耶✌🏼
