To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友個女擺滿月，俾面出席，印象中每間洒樓的水準一般，沒咩好寫……但一進入煌府，感到攝入氣魄，有貴氣風範，多個鑽石吊燈，令每位貴賓格外留神！1 乳豬的皮堅脆，我們這圍的豬算肥的一種，一進口便肥油四淺2 碧綠酱爆雙蚌 ，吃出厨師煱氣，最正是外圍炸盤，喜歡吃熱氣朋友，不容錯過3 富贵花黃金球，最難得是到嘴邊時，仍有熱熱騰騰的感覺，一口吞噬蟹肉，肉感四射，很幸福4 海皇竹笙燴生翅，不過不失，份量也ok5 原隻鮑魚聚寶盤，鮑汁為鲍魚沖身，令人垂涎三尺而其他菜式也做酒樓出平，整體食物水平不錯，希望下次有機會品嚐他們的茶市。
