今日黎到黃大仙中心既上海廳1930,裝修復古中國風,地方面積都幾大,安排我地坐既座位都幾寬敞,環境不錯,餐廳主要食上海菜,不過點心、海鮮、冷盤、小菜都可以點麻醬拌粉皮 8/10主要有粉皮、雞絲和青瓜絲,淋上麻醬及灑上少量白芝麻,麻醬幾香,粉皮煮得煙煙靭靭同埋幾滑,不錯前菜👍🏻蟹粉扒豆苗 8.5/10上菜時已經聞到好香味道,香氣撲鼻,豆苗炒得好好,唔油同埋仲係好嫩,仲要有蟹膏同蟹肉☺️相當足料皮蛋豆腐 7.5/10豆腐份量都唔少,清涼嫩滑,上面加左大量肉鬆,惹味有嚼口,同時又帶少少咸香,皮蛋少少糖心 食落軟綿🤤上海炒年糕 8.5/10好耐冇食過咁煙韌既年糕,可以同韓式年糕媲美,醬油帶甜,每片年糕都沾滿醬油顏色,一口接一口咁食😋上海小籠包7/10 小籠包好普遍,但整得好食相當難,呢到小籠包外表唔錯,厚薄適中,能承托包內湯汁,尖端位置有少少厚,肉餡鮮甜有咬口,肉汁唔太油膩,加埋薑絲的豉油,錦上添花☺️松子黃花魚 7/10非常考驗師傅刀工同功架既一道菜,起完魚骨再切花紋,再將魚身炸香淋上糖醋汁,黃花魚肉肥厚,不過有少少老,但味道酸甜香脆,幾開胃
