西環有間用料珍貴嘅餃子專門店已開業一段時間,今天難得路經便順道試下。店內地方不大,但燈火通明,乾淨企理;門口還掛滿幫襯過D明星相片。龍鳳松茸雙灼餃(  跟狀元九鼎湯) (八隻) $92所謂龍凰卽黑白松茸,名貴食材;用來做餃子都係初次品嘗。皮薄餡多,灼後隻隻仍保持完整唔散開。配備狀元九鼎湯一齊吃,湯味濃郁夠哂火喉;可惜D湯微暖,不能令松茸味完全發揮。元貝豬肉餃(7隻)  $53餃子應剛煎好,外脆香口;內裹惹味多汁。蜜餞雞翼(大) $32雞翼煎香後輕輕掃上蜜糖,味道提升。上湯松茸時蔬  $32時令菜心以松茸上湯灼過又甜又淋。蜂蜜檸檬薏米水(熱) $20自家製薏米水加入檸檬使胃口大增。整體食物都有高質素,惟獨服務員態度有待改善。
