To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點了伴麵雞絲沙律伴麵好彈牙爽口，微辣，超好食，但份量有點少配菜係素鵝同鴨血，本身唔好鴨血，唔會特別點，但發現都幾好食，大大件，冇碎，又入味。素鵝都好食，有少少汁，好有味。雞絲沙律好足料，好多雞肉，仲要好多都係雞脾肉，好滑，底大係青瓜絲同花生，本身盡量唔食花生，唔係好健康，但撈埋一齊，好夾，好好食，食哂，一粒都冇剩。餐飲點咗梅汁，沒有太甜，恰到好處，但就多冰咗啲，唔知下次有冇得點少冰。整体來說，好味，好滿足。
