To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

K11 的大都烤鴨店開業初期經已備受好評,除了名字令人聯想起北京人氣烤鴨店「大董」之外,大都的招牌烤鴨特別以果木製造出煙燻效果來燒烤嫩鴨,也令大家食指大動。不過近期數次光臨大都,發現服務開始走下坡之餘,出品亦沒有開業初期的高水準。 繡球腎仁, 3/5頭盤的繡球腎仁主要是吃刀功,腎仁砌成繡球般的外型,口感爽滑,但味道略為普通。 蝦籽美人腿, 3/5蝦籽美人腿是每次到來必點的菜式,貪其爽嫩的口感,不過今次同樣是空有賣相,味道沒有以往的那麼滋味。 烤北京填鴨, 3.5/5當然亦是每次到來必點的重頭戲,填鴨依舊是皮脆肉香,只是感覺沒有了之前果木煙燻過的味道。 荷葉包鴨飯, 4/5每次見到這款荷葉包鴨飯,也是説同一席話,賣相可否吸引一點?這道菜絕對能夠保持水準,醬汁濃郁,加上香氣四溢的鴨肉,簡直是啖啖滿足。 雪菜毛豆百葉, 2/5些少菜蔬可幫助中和一下鴨肉的肥膩,較清淡的雪菜毛豆百葉似乎最好不過。可惜越簡單的菜式往往越容易失手,這道菜不點也沒有太大損失。 金陵驢打滾, 4/5想不到甜品居然將熱葷技術性地撃倒,第一次吃這款金陵驢打滾,味道有點似紅豆糯米卷。口感軟糯可口又點少許煙韌,吃落
