To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩三年前在舊舖時吃過一次,當時感覺很不錯,牛腩的咬口很好,非常肯定是用上新鮮牛腩,湯色雖然不算很清,但有一種特別的當歸味道,應該說是比較有深度的,但當歸味也不算太重,沒有蓋過牛肉的味道。今日路過再去吃了一個牛腩河,一坐低已經覺得很奇怪,因為除咗一般的標準牛腩河之外,其他指定的牛腩部位比如坑腩、崩沙腩和爽腩都比標準的貴上三十元一碗,要賣到$93,印象中沒有一間其他的店賣到這麼貴。以前話係用香港劏的新鮮牛肉做,但今日吃的似乎不一樣,首先湯的顏色很深,當歸味太重,味道唔自然,好似加咗味精咁,牛腩咬口不像新鮮的有質感,比較像是冰鮮甚至係雪藏牛腩的感覺,我覺得整體上不及華姐牛腩,當然距離以前大埔墟那間名店更是望塵莫及。唔知這店是否換咗老闆或者是管理和廚師,總之這店已經今非昔比,已前的味道不復存在,性價比也不用多說了。
