上個月係日本食完吉列牛扒成日心思思又想食😛,唔通下下要飛日本咩,今次發現係中環蘭桂坊隔離就有間「Steak Bar」牛扒店🐄-入面主打都係人氣《吉列炸牛扒》,點餐前店員都會細心講解下唔同牛部位分別,套餐會配上白飯🍚沙律🥗同凍豆腐,飯上佈滿飯素撈飯食一流😛,《吉列炸牛扒》炸漿夠薄又夠脆,肉質仲係呈現粉紅色,另外會附上有牛油嘅燒爐仔,只要每邊再稍微燒一燒自己控制生熟程度,外脆內軟嘅吉列牛真係冇得輸,食落有牛油香肉汁豐富,可以媲美喺日本食😋,我就鍾意原汁原味加蒜片食啦,另外沾上鹽/燒汁都別有一番風味🙊-另一款係每日限量《頂級板腱牛扒》,屬於牛肩位置要食真係要早啲嚟😽,值得一讚係點餐前店員都有提醒板腱中間會有筋怕我地影響口感,而且我地怕太生叫咗7成熟佢都建議我哋叫5成熟比較好食,超貼心💕,食落肉質嫩滑,夠軟腍,重點係勁厚切牛肉味超香濃!整體水準都幾高,下次心掛掛時候可以再嚟暫時嚟頂住口癮先🤣

另一款係每日限量《頂級板腱牛扒》,屬於牛肩位置要食真係要早啲嚟😽,值得一讚係點餐前店員都有提醒板腱中間會有筋怕我地影響口感,而且我地怕太生叫咗7成熟佢都建議我哋叫5成熟比較好食,超貼心💕,食落肉質嫩滑,夠軟腍,重點係勁厚切牛肉味超香濃!整體水準都幾高,下次心掛掛時候可以再嚟暫時嚟頂住口癮先🤣
