午膳時間雖要到銅鑼灣辦點事,順道到附近玉桃軒飲茶吃飯。這份午市點心靚湯餐,可自選三款點心、一款靚湯、一款小食、一款小菜及一款飯麵,足夠三至四人享用。蟹籽蒸燒賣皇口感富咬口,味道 OK 喇!香脆蝦多士以蝦膠取代原隻鳳尾蝦,賣相固然不及預期。以半煎炸模式製作,雖然少了一份膩口,但同一時間也少了一份脆感。魚湯鮮竹卷以爽口食材為主要餡料,鮮竹搭上清甜魚湯有不錯的效果。即日老火煲湯為粟米合掌瓜煲瘦肉,味道甜香。菠蘿咕嚕肉製作外脆內軟,甜酸汁味道調較恰宜。建議咕嚕肉可切得大件一點,口感更佳。蜜汁叉燒皇肉香濃,質感鬆軟,肉紋清晰,好吃!豉椒牛肉炒河河粉算上炒得分明,不會黏著在一起。豉椒汁味道都算可口,牛肉水準普通喇!餐後有糖水甜點送贈,腐竹薏米糖水甜感適中,滑口滋潤。楊枝甘露糕味淡。黑芝麻卷略帶煙韌,含蓄泛著芝麻清香。
