To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐時間，想食下辣野，就去咗試呢間成日經過都想食的川菜🌶8點幾鐘，店內大約有三四枱，唔多人。店內嘅環境都算舒服，唔會坐得好迫。前菜叫咗個涼伴青瓜🥒重口味開的我覺得味道唔多濃😂可以再酸d辣d！！晚餐都想食下菜；就叫咗個腐乳通菜🥗🥗得小小腐乳味，因為比辣味蓋過咗。感覺上好似加得太多辣椒啦🌶🌶同友人都覺得太辣😱主角到了！其實今次主要係想食水煮魚！！🐟果然無令我地失望～我地揀咗桂花魚無揀大魚，店員話無咁多骨。咁價錢就當然貴D啦！D肉都幾滑～真係小d骨喎！如果有得揀全部都係魚片就正🤩仲有配菜例如芽菜，薯粉都好入味喔仲有點了個酸辣粉。覺得味道唔錯，夠酸但不夠辣🌶🌶🌶如果辣d就完美食川菜飲啤酒是常識吧🍻🍻
