To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為香港人最愛餐廳之一的譚仔三哥，不時都會推出新野食滿足食家味蕾。最近推出左「三哥水煮鴨血米線」，身為一個麻辣鴨血fans，見到個名已經好興奮 🤤 ，早幾日試完覺得好好食，湯底同鴨血都有驚喜，值得推薦👍！・⊳ 「三哥水煮鴨血米線」＋魚腐 一碗好食嘅米線必定要配一個好湯底。今次呢個「三哥水煮湯」係以15種香料及醬料調味而成，亦加入左花椒﹑八角同鮮辣椒，辣度方面則由5小辣起跳。當日叫左2小辣，水煮湯飲落香辣有層次，比平時食開嘅麻辣湯更多左一份辛辣感，辣得幾過癮😆。而鴨血經濃湯及胡椒煨扣到入哂味，同個水煮湯好夾，質感都十分嫩滑😋。秘製鴨血更可以自由選揀各種唔同湯底，品嚐鴨血米線碰撞各款經典湯底的獨特美味！
