To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上個月去過喜滿樓三次，這店位於土瓜灣安徽街，交通也方便，門口有很多車位，所以生意特别好。吃過令人回味無窮的水煮龍躉，揀了少辣，龍躉滑中帶辣，味道一流，比用果皮蒸更美味。前天是母親生日飯，再次來這裡，今次只得六個人，薑葱粉絲羔蟹煲是百吃不厭。這晚再來個啫暏大鱔煲，份量夠大，加入了肉片和葱頭，不油不膩夠惹味。咕嚕肉的酸甜汁是亮點，香脆的外表包著鬆化的肉質，的確是高水準的煮法。花甲蒸滑蛋，花甲的鮮甜夾雜住香滑的滑蛋，新鲜易入口。
