Restaurant: LIME FISH (Manhattan Mid-Town)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到曼克頓漁樂食個午餐,試吓佢哋嘅東南亞風味試咗佢嘅水門鷄配油飯,價錢係$68蚊,水門鷄無骨,帶有少少檸味, 份量合理只係剛好,鷄味未去到話相當濃厚出眾,但至少係滑嘅。油飯方面油味唔係話相當突出,加咗啲香料看似係香茅,個飯叫有啲味但並非獨特。加$10蚊叫咗杯波羅梳打,飲管大支啲就會好啲,菠蘿醬完全沉晒底食唔到,最後留晒係杯底,就咁食又太甜,哂晒
