To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物味道一般，中至中下茶餐廳貨色。但係服務就真係差到一個點，永遠不會再光顧。事源係咁，我同朋友去食 lunch，我哋一人叫咗一個餐。餐飲首先好快咁送到，跟住就我朋友叫嘅飯。我之後就一路㩒住電話咁等，無為意時間，到我見朋友個飯已經差唔多食完，先發覺點解我個飯咁耐，只係一個免治牛肉飯。但係望吓時間，我又真係夠鐘等唔到，所以就想取消咗佢算。點知個收銀阿嬸話計返我杯凍飲錢$20，我話係你哋漏單，無理由咁收我錢，佢反話返我，話我點解唔追單。我再話咁樣以後點幫襯，佢再拋返我一句，「咁樣以後咪唔好再嚟」，點忍😡！
