To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 今天要入元朗探朋友, 小米堅持要坐巴士. 但無奈巴士那個臭膠味, 令我有反胃&作嘔的感覺. 註: 係自己嗅覺敏感? 還是那X醛OR VOC滲出來的臭膠味? 總之聞到那陣臭膠味真係想嘔囉!  唯有空肚出門, 到達元朗大胃樓下的餐廳才食早餐. 這家餐廳開業多年, 對其車仔麵不會陌生, 但早餐~~~未試過!   付款後, 我倆就馬上衝到最有名的打咭位,,,, 圓抬&摺櫈...... 雖然是最尾最篤的位置,, 餐廳設有空氣清新機呢!    爺爺腸粉餐    4條腸粉配香腸&燒賣   很久未有嚐過腸粉, 還特地要齊醬!  待職員叫NUMBER後, 就可以取餐了!  使用傳統油紙墊底, 而香腸和燒賣都放在兜內.  個人喜歡把所有醬料先拌勻, 讓每一口都能嚐到各款醬料的味道.  但這次在出餐前, 職員已經把各醬料都加在腸粉裡.   豉油和蒜蓉辣椒醬較多, 花生醬及甜醬較少.  跟心中醬料的比例有很大不同. 先把腸粉攤開, 好讓腸粉每一面都沾上醬料. 然後才夾起來享用. 因為豉油比例較多, 醬汁偏以液體為主, 唔掛汁, 所以混醬鹹度尚可接受. 把腸粉消滅後, 來到香腸了! 香腸本身是高鹽帶鹹, 在嚐過

再到燒賣, 就要盡量沾上以辣和鹹為主的混醬.    
很希望可以自己落醬, 自己決定每款醬料的比例.

因為嗲牛麵售罄, 所以小米選擇同樣辣辣系列的五香肉丁, 特地改為米粉.     

牛油多士   
在茶餐廳, 牛油多士通常會使用人造牛油.  
没有牛奶成份的人造<氫化>黃色油, 所以放心讓對奶類敏感的小米享用.

如果食飽後乘坐巴士, 
巴士在路上左揈右揈, 
再加上坐椅PU皮那陣臭膠味,,,
