係尖沙咀經過好多次都無食過呢間江南翡翠,反而以前食拉麵小籠包嘅年代就食過兩三次,朋友推薦話走高檔路線嘅佢左呢排嘅menu話幾好,食個casual 飯試試時令menu。前菜醬香鴨舌已經覺得勁特別,似乎香港好少用咁強嘅中國白酒醬香做調味,呢個好開胃。下午有不少新點心食,食左香酥蝦雲吞配薄荷醬,個薄荷醬係勁特別,點炸雲吞有種幾特別嘅化學作用,蘿蔔絲酥餅嘅出現都顯示到佢嘅炸功係唔錯,下次可以食多啲點心。鳳梨板肉係朋友推薦,我覺得風馬牛不相及嘅野夾起嚟又做得幾好,而且個板肉食落去個質感好好,應該唔係用求其普通嘅豬肉。W小姐大推的排骨陝西油潑麵,第一次食陝西油潑麵,個種油香同麵嘅Q彈係唔錯,加上佢哋一路做得好好嘅排骨,啱feel,以前最愛就係呢個襯上海麵。酒香鮑魚雞煲係好精彩,如果晚飯同客食呢個絕對唔失禮,特別係嗰隻鮑魚,我哋六個人食好似都一人一隻,雞喺酒香嘅調味底下又係特別好送飯。椒麻酸菜鱸魚同重慶水煮牛肉各有所好,本來兩個只能一個,好彩朋友都話肚餓食得晒,前者嘅酸菜魚嘅酸味同辣度都唔係太強,但係鱸魚非常新鮮,後者辣度夠,最喜歡係佢嘅薯粉。尾聲的蜜汁金華火腿烤雙方要大讚,個樣已經好精緻,食落去口

尾聲的蜜汁金華火腿烤雙方要大讚,個樣已經好精緻,食落去口感複雜而且濃郁,火方係勁精彩,蜜汁甜度一流,絕對係必點之作。
