menu有好多選擇,先揀湯底及配菜,之後再揀飯、麵類等主食,淨係睇menu都已經睇咗成5分鐘!黑虎掌+菌炆牛尾+新竹米粉 ($79)個湯好深色,先飲個湯,一啲都唔肥膩又冇味精;跟住到入主食一齊食,米線幼滑,怎算浸耐咗都唔會好淋;牛尾好腍,一咬就骨肉分離,牛肉味濃郁,好味;秘制鹵排骨都係好腍及入味,不過就細粒及乾咗啲;新竹米粉呈象牙白色,煙韌彈牙舞茸冬瓜+招牌配+米線 ($65)好足料,舞茸爽口不過煲到冇乜味了,但個湯好清甜;玫瑰露雞翼好腍,不過冇玫瑰露嘅味道;白蘿蔔清甜冇渣;溏心滷雞蛋好失望,蛋黃乾澀而且冇滷水味,基本上唔係半熟而係全熟杞子菊花黑糖茶清甜潤喉,飲完好舒服其實呢度嘅idea係非常不錯,不過我覺得湯更吸引,尤其適合一啲屋企冇湯飲嘅朋友,lunch或晚飯嚟飲個湯都幾好
