Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在上環見完客後想食個快既午餐, 於是就黎到呢間車仔麵世家食個麵環境:細間, 圓枱圓櫈, 冇特別上菜速度: 車仔面三分鐘就有, 算快食物味道:鴨腎, 獅子狗, 雞翼尖粗麵, 獅子狗一般貨色, 鴨腎做得爽口有咬口, 雞翼尖豉油汁適中夠滑, 粗麵一般. 而上面SATAY 醬香濃不太辣, 甜度剛好, 湯底豉油汁, 十分好味.多豉油味但不太咸, 浸落麵度食幾正價錢大慨35 中規中舉
