土瓜灣是個覓食好地方,兒時在這區讀書,現偶爾也會重臨舊地,是晚又回到這裡,在北帝街見到家拉麵店,應該是新開不久的,便進門一試。黑鳴虎拉麵 - 豬骨湯底加入了黑蒜油及墨魚汁,先呷一小口,充滿著蒜香及墨魚味,香濃不膩。叉燒肥瘦均稱,半熟蛋蛋味濃郁,拉麵偏幼,能掛上更多湯底,每口都是滋味。鳴海老拉麵 - 加入了香味油和蝦味噌,整個湯底呈蝦的金黃色,散發陣陣蝦的香氣,與黑鳴虎拉麵各具特色。鰹魚汁浸菠菜 - 菠菜吸收了鰹魚汁,再配以木魚,清新中帶鮮。爆蛋 - 流心蛋外包了薄薄一層炸粉,口感豐富。作為拉麵的靈魂,這裡的湯底出色,讓人一試難忘。
