To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我回香港幾年了，一直都未找到好吃的越南粉。最近發現Office 附近開了一家新越南餐廳。其實之前經過幾次都想試試但都坐滿人。因為店地方很小，大概只可以容納到12 個人左右。今日遲左放lunch，本來想去食車仔麵，經過見到有位就試一試。點了一碗生牛肉河粉加牛丸。須然生牛肉是熟的，不過湯底超好味，又夠熱。係近期食過比較好的越南粉。午餐時間仲會送一杯熱青檸水。服務非常有禮親切。下次要約埋同事一起去可以試埋其他小食。
