今日嚟到荃灣,朋友話想食越南野,難得見到間越南餐廳,裝修企理又寬躺,座位又舒適,就選擇佢啦。朋友叫咗個豬扒河粉,好快就已經有得食啦,唔需要等好耐,豬扒用另外一隻碟上,食落鬆脆,而且唔會好乾身,咬落仲好濕潤,而且肉質好爽口,充滿香茅嘅氣味,至於河粉方面,份量頗多,而且提供上特有嘅芽菜同香菜仲有一啲辣椒,趁個湯仲熱嘅時候放落個粉度食,分外覺得另有一番風味。我叫嘅係一碗越南著名美食,火車頭,裏面會有牛柏葉,牛腩,牛丸,仲有生牛肉,生牛肉上枱嘅時候仲係紅紅嘅一片,要親啲湯仲熱嘅時候將佢放落湯裏面,所以食落嘅時候啱啱好熟咗,咬落10分鮮嫩,而且又夠淋身,牛柏葉爽口,彈牙,牛丸有兩粒,爽口又彈牙,持續乒乓波,牛腩屬於半肥瘦,咬落鮮甜,分外覺得好味,而且陪左兩舊好錢嘅蘿蔔,作為呢碗河粉嘅配菜,真係一流。
