To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得來到上環，便四圍看看有什麼排隊店，加上我自己又十分喜歡吃車仔麵所以就選了這間。我故意1.45pm才去想避開午餐的人潮，不過都有10多人在門外等候，到我入坐是大約2pm。食物很快就到，想不到是這麼大碗，我點了粗麵，感覺上這有2至3個面餅，質地不錯，軟硬適中。湯底是甜甜的，我加了腩汁和少咖喱汁，不會太辣，味道剛好。牛腩很入味也淋, 豬紅入口即溶，紅腸是沒特別，但比外面吃的多一片。吃了很滿足，不過未至於想一吃再吃。
