To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直想試呢間湖南口味的湯粉，叫咗碗酸辣雞腎粉加煎蛋($76)，價錢同預期差不多，但碗麵對比起我食過嘅同款都係一般的水平，無太多驚喜，總算試過。主要係個湯底醬油味太重，無太多香料或者濃豬骨嘅味道，偏咸咗啲。另外配菜都係兩條菜，無咩特別。粉是扁身的，比河粉厚身點，口感都幾順滑。酸辣雞腎夠辣，但食唔到太多酸味，份量都算多，不過切到好薄，無咗食雞腎嗰種口感。
