To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

用餐時間：2024年4月20日星期六中午1點半餐點：泰式雞排湯米線+熱飲 $48落單後16分鐘餐點上檯外觀：上檯一碗米線 上面鋪上一整塊煎過的雞排（ 普通尺寸）（雞排並沒有分開碟擺放亦沒有分切）除此之外整碗米線連湯皆呈白色 當中有幾塊蘿蔔加少許芽菜味道：芽菜普通 蘿蔔咬落淡而無味尾韻卻帶有微微酸味 估計是不太新鮮湯底味道非常淡雞排普通米線質地太軟 近乎軟爛 估計是煮的時間過長感想：完全感受不到此餐點中的“泰式”更加感受不到這碗麵的誠意湯淡如水 麵質亦軟爛如泥 毫無誠意之作未到不能吃的地步 但$48的價格 實在有太多更好的選擇

未到不能吃的地步 但$48的價格 實在有太多更好的選擇
