To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

炙燒左口魚裙邊壽司,越肥越滑,炙一炙讓魚油溶掉,更甘香更添焦香更滑溜!炙燒極上和牛鵝肝壽司,超薄切和牛存在感極弱,味道十分淡。細細粒的鵝肝,不夠攝牙隙。

極上海鰻壽司,最鍾意多多肉少少飯!整條海鰻啖啖肉厚厚長長,捲著少少甜醋壽司飯是我的最愛!整件一啖過塞入,鬆軟鮮味焦香無得頂!日式海鮮茶壺湯,百味交雜共冶一爐的海鮮味!最緊要滾熱辣,海鮮味出眾,回味無窮!

炸軟殼蟹,幾十年來都保持高水準,無機會投訴!炸得乾爽不油膩,酥脆鬆化,多肉多膏,肉甜膏香,拍住手掌享受!串燒雞腎,爽甜搭雞甜味濃,不乾硬不嗅腥。串燒牛舌,我更愛牛舌芯,幸好合格熱燙燙,羶香帶爽。

冷稻庭手打烏冬,淨係配蔥花及薑蓉,我想要蘿蔔蓉、山葵、芝麻啊!硬係少了點味道,自己撈點山葵提鮮提味好食許多,濕滑彈彈散發米香的烏冬我鍾意!

海膽壽司,明明係叫海膽松葉蟹壽司,蟹肉呢?莫非係份子料理?還是松葉蟹水海膽壽司呢?飯粒軟硬度適中,不爛不濕不黏嘴,乾身飽滿散發醋香。

炸軟殼蟹手卷,鬆化軟綿的軟殼蟹,乾身脆口的紫菜,勁勁勁多蟹膏,震撼的高質!蟹子及蛋黃醬的重要性,醒神醒腦醒胃!手卷及壽司飯粒超乎想像的完美,能讓我讚的壽司飯寥寥可數!甜酸度、溫度、濕度、質感、握感、黏感。

火炙牛油珍寶帶子壽司,大蔥嗎?京蔥嗎?炙完後帶子甜味更濃烈更添上椒香,彈彈多汁。火炙特選吞拿魚腩壽司,心裡硬係覺得不炙會更美妙更美麗!外層熟而裡面保持嬌嫩粉紅,魚脂滑溜甜到入心。

炙燒皮剝配安康魚肝壽司,期待已久的剝皮魚第一次品嚐!白肉魚罕見獨特的魚甜味,魚味強勁,肉質極為鮮彈,可遇不可求!活象拔蚌壽司,少吃的象拔蚌仔,都已知道味淡不吸引。燒蒜蓉鰹魚漬,十分有趣的配搭,可愛兼可口!醬油味結實鰹魚肉捲著大量蒜蓉,辛甜醬香魚鮮,撞得蠻出色!

八爪魚刺身,驚訝的八爪魚,完全不是同一級數,明顯剛剛即切,濕潤滑溜帶爽帶彈帶咸鮮,不是預切乾爭爭,不是預切顏色暗啞!有十粒星的話,我比足十粒。日本直送海膽八爪魚刺身紫菜卷,兩種極品融合,戰鬥力幾百倍地提升!好味到要感動落淚。

鰈魚西京燒,厚身魚扒激油潤閃令令反晒光,魚油甜甜澎湃到有點膩,幸好仍有絲醬油甜味,白雪雪滑嘟嘟魚肉仍是美味。時令風雅活蠔,日本蠔一向淡口,醬汁變成是牠的精髓及靈魂所在!肥美厚身的生蠔鮮味強勁而海水咸味清淡,配上秘製醬汁使得味道昇華千倍!

腐皮冰見烏冬,經過多輪生冷食物戰鬥後,係時候來碗熱騰騰湯麵暖暖胃驅驅寒!超薄腐皮有點過甜,甜醬油味濃。冷烏冬又好、熱烏冬也好,基本混上山葵及醬油就更美味!完整長長手打烏冬,整碗拿起連湯連烏冬掃入最和味!
