To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

📍誠記西環堅尼地城士美非路12K號士美非路市政大廈2樓熟食中心行開堅尼地城，食吓出名嘅誠記。佢係香港沙爹牛肉麵關注組嘅寵兒～沙嗲牛肉煎蛋公仔麵 $35｜煎雙蛋好正！一篤爆佢就好多蛋黃汁漏出嚟～牛肉唔係用鬆肉粉醃，有啲爽口，唔錯。冇得轉一丁，只係普通公仔麵，但係麵質煮得夠硬身，唔會腍擗擗，唔錯唔錯！沙嗲唔係一擗沙嗲醬，而係一煲沙嗲湯，幾稀但好濃味。我個人唔重口味，會覺得太鹹，嗌咗杯凍華田（$18）都解唔到口渴。法蘭西多士 $18｜多士係舊式麵包舖嘅味道，覺得有啲奇怪，但形容唔出，唔知係過分發酵嘅味道定係油饐味。口感有啲腍、外皮完全唔脆，唔明點解咁多人推介呢間嘅西多。
