To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲牛肉米 $28作為沙嗲牛肉麵關注組一員 去誠記食當然要試下沙嗲牛🐂湯底唔係超重口味超杰身個種 但飲得出花生醬香味 咸甜適中 對我嚟講係微微辣 牛肉都食得出新鮮唔乾 份量都算多 呢個價錢算超值🤩🤩🤩炸豬扒煎雙蛋公仔麵 $31炸豬扒可能浸耐左 外層冇話特別香脆 不過食得出豬扒新鮮公仔麵底煮得岩岩好 湯底就普通 正正常常啦🫣西多士 $16第一眼望落去 好細心已經切開左6份🥰火口控制得好🔥所以食落去唔油膩唔熱氣 滿滿嘅牛油同煉奶基本上已經冇得輸🤤但的確比一般西多士好食啲 見網上有人話因為中間搽左薄薄嘅咖咉醬🥸揭開黎睇又唔係好覺 我自己就覺得係因為麵包同蛋漿做得好🤭🤭

炸豬扒可能浸耐左 外層冇話特別香脆 不過食得出豬扒新鮮
公仔麵底煮得岩岩好 湯底就普通 正正常常啦🫣

火口控制得好🔥所以食落去唔油膩唔熱氣 滿滿嘅牛油同煉奶基本上已經冇得輸🤤但的確比一般西多士好食啲 見網上有人話因為中間搽左薄薄嘅咖咉醬🥸揭開黎睇又唔係好覺 我自己就覺得係因為麵包同蛋漿做得好🤭🤭
