To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙嗲牛麵加多士

一路都有聽講道嘅朋友介紹呢間喺熟食街市上面的沙嗲牛公仔麵，今日經過附近，特登上嚟試吓，首先上嚟呢度，比想像中多人，人頭湧湧！好辛苦先搵到個吉位，坐低之後，見餐牌有好多不同種類的食物，又有炒嘢又有公仔麵，咁既然係為沙嗲牛公仔麵而過來，就梗係叫碗沙嗲牛公仔麵啦！再加杯凍檸茶，聽夥計介紹佢哋的西多士亦都好出名，即刻叫埋！咗唔夠一陣就上菜，先講牛肉嘅份量都幾多，起碼比出邊茶餐廳多，公仔麵就應該係用大陸嘅面，面身正常，沙嗲湯底都算濃郁，整體都唔錯，只係幾件牛肉有啲筋，咬唔斷！另外杯凍檸茶真係好大杯，飲極都未飲完！都幾正！最後一題，反而最驚喜嘅西多士！炸得好乾身，加上糖漿真係一絕！整體上，沙嗲牛麵正常，未至於好出色，但係西多士就值得一讚，不過價錢都幾相宜！CP值都幾高！
