To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日星期二早上經過，記起朋友曾提及早餐麵食不錯，今早就試試吧。一般裝修，簡潔明亮衛生乾淨，地方大，座位充足，能樣食客隨意選擇位置，服務佳，價格相宜。食品應是下單後才開始製作，上枱時夠熱👍🏻。沙爹牛肉煎蛋螺螄粉，份量一般，但看隔鄰的即食麵分量頗多，螺螄粉軟硬度適中有咬口，我不大喜歡軟腍啲，湯底鹹度剛好，但對牛肉就有些失望，口感軟腍啲，可惜我覺調味過甜。餐飲熱鹹檸檬水，其他茶餐廳冰室不常見，味道一般。
