To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早餐唔知食咩好，走咗去九龍冰室食，沙爹牛肉麵早餐配煎蛋腸仔同餐包，仲有凍檸茶。實話實說，食物質素是不錯的，沙爹牛肉麵應該是鋪頭招牌，坐低一陣已經聽到 5-6 個人都係叫呢個餐，食落沙爹汁香濃，牛肉一塊塊，而且份量不少，比起某啲茶餐廳嘅沙爹牛肉碎濕濕咁，呢間真係算唔錯👍🏻服務態度就真係一般，明明有幾個卡位都夾硬要兩個人坐一邊，卡位坐位又窄，服務員態度又唔好，環境清潔度不足，枱面未抺乾淨，椅上有麵包碎，冇人清理，加上坐位又迫，所以快食就離開。
