To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為糧尾既關係，大家都想食平dd ，我地四個女仔就近近地去宜家傢私食晚餐。因為我就唔太餓，所以就只係要左五粒肉丸配薯溶同蔬菜薯餅。肉丸配薯溶，肉丸焗得好香，味唔會太咸，咬落去唔會散哂，再配上果醬，又咸又甜咁好開胃。原來依家肉丸冇得揀配意粉或者飯，只可以配薯溶，不過我都中意食。薯溶好creamy 好香奶油味，再配埋平時食磨菇飯個汁，食落就知一定好肥！ 蔬菜薯餅配沙律菜，薯餅用左西蘭花黎整，中間好清楚見到薯仔粒同西蘭花，焗得好香，但一叉落就有少少散，雖說不上係濃味，但又唔算係清淡。
