今次要介紹嘅係位於沙田嘅幸匠燒,係聯乘日山開立嘅新分店。有別於尖沙咀嘅分店,只有沙田嘅幸匠燒先有供應壽司同 Omakase,令人可以一次過享用兩間店嘅名物。整體而言,裝潢富格調,座位之間設簾,私隱度高,服務友善,且食物款式多,值得推薦。A new branch of SHIAWASE-Hiyama crossover is recently opened in Sha Tin, and it's the only branch of SHIAWASE where you can enjoy both skewers, sushi, and even Omakase. 刺身拼盤包括款式多樣,拖羅,油甘魚,帆立貝,右口魚等,當中尤其欣賞拖羅同帆立貝。拖羅無筋富油脂感,而帆立貝則富厚度,帶有青檸嘅酸甜去提味。
The sashimi platter includes a variety of sashimi, including toro, hamachi, scallop, righteye flounders etc. Among them, toro and scallops are especially appreciated. The toro is rich in fat, while the flavour of scallops is enhanced by the sweetness and sourness of lime.

The isushi is fresh with a range of variety. The portion is suitable for friends to share. Among them, makuro and seabream are more outstanding.

免治雞肉有切紋,更容易蘸上蛋醬,與微甜嘅醬油極為搭配。雞腿肉質感彈牙,肉味香濃。The tsukene is sliced to facilitate you in dipping the egg sauce. It goes well with the sweetness of soy sauce. The texture of chicken thighs is springy and rich in taste.
