其實本身一直都冇諗住食呢間...不過蟹膳, lawry the prime rib, 碗屋 都係fully booked..所以唯有退而求其次揀呢間...因為係米芝蓮1星既大廚徒弟in charge個廚房, 同埋價錢唔算好貴..用open rice既reservation service去book, d staff都好helpful同埋有禮貌...當日去到既時候, 計埋我地兩位, 就只有另外一台在大老遠的位置, 所以環境非常安靜...同埋餐廳擺設好歐洲vintage feel, 話哂都要襯返1881架嘛...order左1個4 course meal & executive meal...包一杯juice...杯strawberry pineapple orange juice 好fresh 好refreshing 好fruity呀!!LIKE!!! 面包真係幾好食...溫度剛好暖笠笠, 只不過佢既冇鹽牛油真係完全冇味...冇咸味係預左既, 因為冇鹽呀嘛...但係完全冇牛油味就真係有少少失望...所以我之後都淨係食面包算喇...因為口感非常鬆軟, 應該係新鮮出爐的...呢個係唔知幾多日

冇咸味係預左既, 因為冇鹽呀嘛...但係完全冇牛油味就真係有少少失望...
所以我之後都淨係食面包算喇...因為口感非常鬆軟, 應該係新鮮出爐的... 呢個係唔知幾多日大既火腿片, 夾住d有薑味既瓜, 個樣有d似蜜瓜,
但係食落口就只有薑味冇蜜瓜味, 再點埋個橙味既汁, 都真係幾怪...
好似食空氣咁呀~~~ 隻碟大過我個身, 但係d食物細過我隻手指頭... 呢個foie gras超級正, 有d特別要提...平時食既foie gras真係成塊煎...
但係係呢個應該係壓溶埋做一個形狀, 所以口感同煎既foie gras非常不同..
佢呢個口感係好好好creamy, 一d都唔油膩...雖然冇煎過, 但係好香架~~~
入到口之後溶左入喉嚨, 慢慢再落食道...個喉嚨會有陣甘香味stay好耐...
佢係配一塊暖笠笠的多士一齊食既, 就好似foie gras paste咁搽上去食...
真係好夾呀個combination~~食完之後就有d膩了...haha! 呢個冷盤係露荀 & 蟹肉碎...完全唔好食!!!
口感好怪...個蟹肉碎好似食緊D廚餘咁既感覺...
勁奇怪, 又冇蟹味...有陣雪味lor...
個露荀唔係d靚野...好普通屋企買返來boil完就係咁既味&口感...
一d調味都冇...overall 呢碟野唔知想點... snail risotto 唔係難食, 但係冇驚喜...
可能我係歐洲生活過一段長時間, 我覺得完全係好普通既一碟飯..
外國求其一間餐廳都可以煮到呢個水準...
另外我略嫌個snail太"林"...冇咩口感, 食落口就係一pat野... lamb saddle個生熟程度岩岩好, 有少少血先juicy...
好香好滑唔會好老...同埋個sauce好入味...酸甜幾開胃我覺得...
愈食就想愈繼續食落去既感覺...唔錯...但唔係十分之驚喜... 帶子黑松露意大利飯...我食左一半就冇食喇...
因為真係普通都爆炸, 同上面果碟snail risotto一樣...
都係外國普通一間餐廳都煮到,, 絕對唔係d咩米之連水平...
黑松露既味道接受到, 唔會太濃, 個scallop都好大隻..厚度適中..
唔會煎得太熟太"un", 所以入口都係滑滑地的...不過不失啦... 甜品超級無敵難食...我覺得求其香港搵間甜品舖都做到...
就係排幾粒berries, 然後"不"一匙sorbet係中間...thats it..
但不得不讚既係碟邊個simple design真係好靚既... 呢個係甜到我有衝動想衝入toilet刷牙,, 甜到我d牙痺哂...
好恐怖, 我"不"左一匙就冇食喇...係擺唔到入口呀...救命!!! 呢個甜點係送既...我都係咬左一啖就放低...
macaroon既甜度我都叫做接受到, 如果要比較...
呢碟野既sweetness係比acaroon甜多20倍...
所以又係擺唔到入口...hahaha!! 真浪費...我都唔想架...
但我費事食到糖尿病啦...omg...
最後值得一讚既係...waiters全部都好有禮貌, 同埋好helpful...
多謝你地親切既服務態度...令到我地食得好開心~
不過以後紀念日都會揀返caprice或者gaddies呢d法國餐廳...
因為st george同果兩間真係冇得比...希望廚師們可以進修一下...
