To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沒有波記的晚上...

我和sheep深夜覺得有點餓…本來想去波記碰一碰運氣…波記沒有開…宵夜想吃麵的就只好來到源興隆…店內一個人都沒有…只是伙計在洗地…我和sheep點了墨魚頭河和雲吞麵再加西洋菜外賣…我是第一次吃墨魚頭…我想會不會和魚片頭差不多的呢…原來墨魚頭是墨魚頭部連鬚的部分…咬落去十分彈牙…很有咬勁的…不錯…~不過河粉呢…就不夠滑了…Sheep的雲吞麵沒什麼特別…雲吞不算大粒…普普通通的…西洋菜就有點失望…不甜而且有渣的…可能我一心以為會有榮記的水準吧…而且份量有點少…不甘心呢…!!最後值得一提的是我和sheep的粉麵裡面都加了大量的蒜(不是我們要加的哦…我們不知情的…所以如果不喜歡的要跟伙計說聲呢…)…味道很濃烈…而因為有蒜的關係…湯底喝起上來和其他的有點不同…不過可以確定的是吃完之後必定是充滿口氣的…
