Other Info. :
雖然席上只有8位食客,對比2位侍應,理應招待周全,可惜次次都係我地自己倒酒,而且唔夠細心,唔夠酒時,佢地都無主動同我地refill酒,侍應refill酒時仲將d酒整濕左我條裙同張台,預料不到咁貴嘅一餐,服務會是如此不足。
侍應每上一道菜都會同你講係咩,點食,例如炸物就會建議你用邊種salt,(台上有3種salts)但當你問到邊種salt與食材的分別時,海膽黎自邊度,侍應就未必答到你啦。
chair的底部有籃俾大家擺袋用,而基本上用餐時間都夠,除左係食天婦蘿期間就要師父上炸物,你就要立即食啦,因為佢地每食一種炸物都會換一張紙,而最特別之處就係左下角的印章啦,據稱係師父自己雕架。
我食呢餐之前係openrice睇左一篇好正的食評,滿心歡喜食呢餐,可能期望過大,有點落差..........
