To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚在油麻地搵了間茶餐廳,叫了幾個小菜同朋友一齊食晚飯。晚市除了有多款小菜外,還有常餐及客飯等。小菜跟了餐湯及飯,冬瓜薏米豬骨湯味道清甜去濕。豉汁蒸倉魚有兩條,豆豉味滲入魚肉內,魚肉結實雪白,而且嫩滑。朋友想食酸野,所以叫了西檸雞,雞扒炸漿薄,而且即叫即做,所以上枱時依然香脆,份量很多,帶點檸檬的酸甜,十分開胃。西蘭花炒鮮魷的魷魚爽口彈牙,西蘭花爽脆。加了$10要紅豆冰,紅豆很腍有椰漿香,不過略甜。
