To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日都係樓下既酒樓飲茶，都飲到好悶，又多人，今日試下去遠D。好耐無去過科學園飲茶，今日就渣車去飲個午茶。有午巿精選，又有一張精美點心紙，好多選擇。碧綠順德鯪魚球我自己就好鍾意呢個點心，大大粒，又有咬感，平時食果D會有好多粉，呢個真材實料，仲要一啖食唔曬。鮑汁鳯爪呢個都係我既至愛之一，忟得好冧，又入味，連花生都好好食例牌燒鴒+窩麵呢個真係超抵食，148蚊，就咁一個例牌都要128蚊, 但加20蚊有勁大碗麵喜慶流沙包流沙包係飲茶必叫，好多時都唔流，但呢個就堅係流，正!安蝦咸水角每次飲茶必叫咸水角，最緊要係皮脆涵多，夠熱。呢個咸水角差左脆，其他都可以。擂沙湯丸好耐無食過，酒樓唔係成日都有，通常糖水舖先有，見到總係想叫，不過原來有紅豆沙送，食埋擂沙湯丸就勁飽肚滿腸肥，職員主動問要唔要泊車，俾左張過400既我地，可以泊4個鐘，仲有時間係科學園行下，唔洗急急腳走，so good!
