去不了法國,和情人慶祝生日,吃一餐法國大餐也是不錯選擇。餐廳很有異國風情,浪漫又有情調。紅酒美人~少不了紅酒,House wine $88per glass~前菜選了個很清爽的,Parma Ham & Asparagus roll with cream cheese (巴拿馬火腿配露筍芝士咸香火腿配上奶香既芝士出奇地夾,加上清爽既露筍,很開胃~主菜:French Spring Chicken & Foie Gars Pate with Berry Jus (燒春雞配鵝肝)燒春雞外皮金黃酥脆,雞肉嫩滑多汁,而鵝肝煎過後外脆內軟,而且味道很濃郁很香~真係雙重享受~Traditional Lobster Thermidor w/lentil(芝士焗龍蝦配扁豆)龍蝦非常鮮味,芝士很濃郁,啖啖肉,好好味!甜品:72% Chocolate ganache tarte with strawberry and ice cream (72%特濃朱古力撻配雪糕)超有驚喜,特濃朱古力撻不會太甜,配上香脆撻皮,再加上雲呢拿雪糕,三重享受,甜品卻不會膩,讓人想encore~
