自從有返晚市堂食之後,就覺得自己有返朋友,呢一日就約咗觀塘buddy去YM2嘅打卡餐廳 INN - I’m Not Nothing。入面嘅環境真係好靚,仲設有室外同室內嘅位置。如果天氣唔太熱,我就會推薦室外嘅位置,比較寧靜同舒服。因為我哋覺得好肚餓,所以一嚟就叫兩份主食。芥末籽蜜糖焗美國頂級豬鞍架賣相已經夠晒精緻。美國頂級豬鞍架屬於厚切,肉質非常鮮嫩而且帶有肉汁,配合芥末籽蜜糖醬真係幾好味。而呢個豬鞍架嘅伴碟菜式都非常豐富,唔同顏色嘅蔬菜配搭繽紛,有黃色嘅粟米、橙色嘅甘筍、紅色嘅蕃茄、紫色嘅紅菜頭、綠色嘅西蘭花、啡色嘅新薯,再加上食用花作裝飾,真係美麗如一幅畫。意大利煙豬肉卡邦尼意粉充滿濃濃嘅蛋黃香,煙豬肉嘅油脂非常甘香,整體味道都好香濃。嚟呢度食飯,個個都必點佢哋嘅法式班戟,我哋就揀咗玉桂蘋果杏仁片焦糖忌廉班戟,仲加$10配埋雪糕。法式班戟灑上甜甜嘅焦糖醬,仲有經烹煮過嘅蘋果肉同杏仁片,上面有微甜滑滑嘅忌廉,呢個組合簡直係絕配。加配嘅雪糕係雲呢拿味,非常香滑,配埋法式班戟食真係非常夾。
