Maison Eric Kaysor係來自法國嘅品牌,承諾每日新鮮製造麵包及蛋糕,亦依照傳統法國recipe去製造~ 今次小熊貓couple就試咗兩款蛋糕 🍌 Banana and Dulce cake 好靚嘅圓拱形design,切開後見到佢有多層餡料。蛋糕偏甜,好重香蕉味,亦有微微焦糖及雲呢拿味~ 最底層嘅脆餅底係靈魂,令到成個蛋糕甜而不膩 🍓Rasberry and pistachio tart 呢款蛋糕相對地比較清新,撻皮香脆,開心果餡料質地幻滑香甜,以上面嘅莓偏甜帶少少酸味,所以入口清新,甜度適中,食完都冇內疚感🤣☕️ Gingerbread latte 襯返聖誕節,飲番杯充滿薑餅味嘅Patrick~ 拉花好靚,咖啡nutty味偏重,入口唔苦,同蛋糕十分夾👏🏻
