單幢式食肆真係勁,越開越多 依家係金巴倫道婚紗街都開左一幢 MW PLAZA, 全幢都係食肆的  今日就上左去 1樓試試 雖然都有心理準備會有奇幻feel,但打開LIFT 門個下都唔敢出,以為自己去錯地方 好奇幻的設計,將走廊位設計成一個中古世紀特色的房間~ 每個擺設都見心思~ 推開呢度門後,先係用膳既地方~ 估唔到推開門後係另一片光景 呢度主打法國餐,以優雅為主,同門口的魔幻式主題有D唔同~ 落地大玻璃同極高樓底,令人感覺空間感極大~極舒適~  雖然無門口咁重魔幻感覺,但入面裝修設計都好值得細味~ 最吸晴的,係呢個放滿精緻擺設的書櫃 每一間都各具特色 食物方面除左小食外,無散叫,有3個套餐可揀 套餐中都可揀5 course 同3 course 每上一道菜,待應們都會講解一次個菜的材同烹調的手法等大家食個時對個餸有更深入的體會叫的小食先到 炸煙肉薯條HKD 68 平時炸薯條都係一堆上,呢個薯條排好哂,好精緻 格調即刻提升不少 外面係鬆化個種脆,入面就有粉粉的薯蓉混有煙肉,咸咸地,非常惹味 突然,有種好似食緊魚手指既感覺~XD ~香煎吞拿魚伴西米脆片~ 配合魔幻的歐

~香煎吞拿魚伴西米脆片~ 配合魔幻的歐洲主題,好多菜都用左呢款富歐洲色彩的碟上~
4面煎香的吞拿魚,伴以脆口的西米脆片,再加埋個山葵汁調味~

這個意粉嘛,說實在,不太懂得欣賞

首先賣相方法,碟太細,感覺不夠大體
而且也放得有點兒凌亂,沒有了法式的美感

二來,實在沒有預期白酒忌廉汁會出現蕃茄三色椒呢類蔬菜
或者是我見識少吧,蕃茄總覺得和忌廉汁不是朋友呢~
再者,那個忌廉汁比較稠,入口漿漿地,加上粗粗地肥意粉,感覺太膩了

焙茶芝士餅

焙茶的話,茶味真的超級淡
而且最主要是味道還給洛神花醬搶走了

甜品的賣相較日式,想貫徹餐廳法式的風格,換上白碟加拉花更貼題~

不知是不是因為主題餐廳的綠故,很愛用黑金色的日式碟
但作為法式餐廳,還是換回白色碟,讓擺碟更美,才能特顯法國餐的精髓呀

餐廳不時會更換餐牌,期待更精彩的出品
