To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直都鍾意譚仔多過譚仔三哥，譚仔而家有6款湯底，清湯蕃茄麻辣酸辣重慶酸辣同泡椒酸菜魚，而當中我特別鍾意譚仔既泡椒酸菜魚湯底，酸得黎又辣又香。泡椒酸菜魚湯底出左幾個月之後已經變左響餐牌入便既常設湯底，我唔算好食得辣，所以都係叫中辣。另外，餸就叫左墨魚春卷，有成5、6條，抵食又好食。而家外賣自取仍然都有特價野，皮蛋呀拼盤呀飲品呀，果D都有特價，我叫外賣自取特飲咸檸七加5蚊，咸檸七冇乜特別，半舊咸檸再加一罐七喜。
