To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六,返半晝,外面雨濕濕,收工同同事專燈走過哩醫肚,自己就梗係要個豬軟骨泡飯啦,話晒係依度嘅招牌嘢,有保證,標榜豬骨湯底天天用精選豬骨熬製,而豬軟骨就肉鮮骨脆,跳出葵涌,殺入中環,今勻試過後,只係覺得好一般!而環境同服務都係一般般啦。等咗唔耐,個豬軟骨泡飯哩喇,一個豬軟骨湯煲,有兩大舊豬軟骨,真係得兩大舊,加一大大碗白飯,碗飯又真係好大,同個豬軟骨煲咁上下大,仲要裝飯裝到冚,飯就真係夠晒多,但點泡呀?抵食都唔使俾咁多飯,倒完湯落D飯度都無乜位哩撩鬆D飯哩做泡飯,結果,咪拉平均咁兩邊都溝吓囉,將碗飯倒D落個煲度,跟住將湯又倒D落返個碗度,變咗兩大兜泡飯,兩個人食都夠呀,不過就得兩條骨,唔夠餸,死未!而個湯,好一般咋喎,話精選豬骨熬製,但飲落唔夠豬骨味,較淡口,只可以話個湯底清清哋唔肥「脷」;再試埋舊豬軟骨,希望有突破,唉!都係有D失望,白烚嘅味道,無嘢講,但軟骨位都係爽脆嘅,不過整體都係唔OK,唯獨杯奶茶最正常!可能其他嘢食好食都唔定,但依個泡飯就自覺唔多掂,總之唔試新嘢,過返隔離南記啦!

等咗唔耐,個豬軟骨泡飯哩喇,一個豬軟骨湯煲,有兩大舊豬軟骨,真係得兩大舊,加一大大碗白飯,碗飯又真係好大,同個豬軟骨煲咁上下大,仲要裝飯裝到冚,飯就真係夠晒多,但點泡呀?
