To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日泰一泰叫咗個二人套餐都好抵食148包2款小菜 2碗飯我哋就叫咗水門雞有半隻 雞肉都好嫩滑另外雞皮都好香好彈分量雖然唔係話好多 不過勝在真係幾好食同埋原來水門雞同海南雞嘅分別在於水門雞係用甜豉油醬汁而海南雞就係酸辣汁另外我哋仲叫咗個鐵板煎蠔蛋豪都算新鮮 唔會有腥臭味煎蛋唔會太油另外套餐可以追加湯加$10就可以叫到椰子燉雞湯超重椰子香味 仲有啲椰肉喺入邊 呢個$10好抵呀一定要追加 同埋唔算好多味精 食完唔會口渴另外仲叫咗個燒豬頸肉豬頸肉半肥半瘦 爽口彈牙 點埋甜酸醬非常開胃仲有啲炭香味題外話叫套餐可以半價係杯嘢飲我就嗌左凍鴛鴦$10都幾平
