自從上次去吃過泰園,就覺得這邊環境及食物質素也可以的。近期我媽又再自己覓食,列出了多家餐廳,問我有沒有到訪經歷,其中一家就是泰園。每當有人問我有關食的推薦,或是餐廳的用餐經驗。我都一定補上一句--「這只是我那次的食後感.不一定可以作準」。對方總會說沒關係,但其實對我來說很有關係。萬一推薦的不合其心意,也許又會影響自己談食方面的可信程度。久而久之,變得婉轉,模稜兩可,不像往昔的重重批判。 既然我媽想一試,那就讓自己去陪她,起碼中伏都只是我們圍內的事情。星期日當然想訓耐啲,起床梳洗再出門,去到尖沙咀都下午一時多。本來想看看有沒有假日午餐,怎料原來泰園推出了Brunch。由中午十二時至下午三時,兩小時間可任食頭盤。另外還有非任食的刺身、湯、主菜、粉或飯、甜品及飲品,這樣已經有六道菜。價錢每位$239,任飲意大利Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Sparkling Wine $338,好似試得過。 以泰式燒牛肉沙律為我們的頭盤任食部分打響頭炮。上次來泰園吃晚餐時已有嚐過,味道不俗,所以對我來說這是必點的一款。份量當然比單點少,只是之前的四分一左右,不過燒牛肉佔量多,夠大方。燒牛

其實大部分員工也算盡職又親和,可是有員工有點粗聲粗氣。老老實實我不會要求店方當客人神咁拜,但至少我落個單你都唔好無啦啦黑我面囉。不知道是否突然心情不好,不爽,還是更年期好了-___>-
