To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人很喜歡吃泰國餐,最近在我家附近開了一間泰國快餐,餐牌也是一人套餐為主,這店裝修用麻布袋包住天花喉管,我第一次見,門囗也放了很多酱油和零食可以選購我們4人中午去吃飯,點了4個套餐加一份小食牛油雞翼,牛油味很香,但面炸粉太硬紅咖哩牛肉,內有嫩滑牛肉,咖哩不會太辣,柴洋蔥,毛茄,連皮迷你薯仔,我喜歡咖哩炒金邊粉,肉比較份量少,有數粒蝦仔,炒工火喉味道也ok豬頸肉通菜,廚師師傅,都炒得不錯套餐價錢由$60多至$80多,抵食最後一碗大船粉材料:比較多,豬扒,牛丸,肉丸,生牛肉,芽菜,但湯底實在太甜了
