見到呢間Here Thai Market 有兩位攞過米芝蓮既主廚開既,好似好勁咁,即刻試下!佢既餐牌係傳統泰菜上又多左啲新式既元素,帶到啲新鮮感而且成個味道都感覺升級左咁🌟 1⃣️ 安格斯牛肉船麵($128) 佢個湯底好濃郁!食到咁上下直頭覺得個麵係可以掛湯添🤩帶辣味越食覺得越好味!配料好多款,有安格斯牛肉、牛肉丸、燉牛腱肉、燉牛筋,仲有炸豬皮添。 2⃣️ 蟹肉炒飯($168) 第一次見蟹肉炒飯真係面頭見到咁多蟹肉。炒飯炒得粒粒分明而且唔會油膩既👍 3⃣️蟹膏蝦多士($128) 好正呢個!佢係蝦多士crossover 甲羅燒!蝦多士本身都係蝦肉份量都厚身,而且多士個底同邊邊都夠脆,配上蟹膏食好特別!蟹膏味道好重!感覺有啲日式feel。建議就咁食左啖蝦多士先,之後再試下加蟹膏食,兩種食法係好唔同既感覺。 4⃣️泰式墨魚粒蝦餅($88) 個樣已經夠曬吸睛。泰式蝦餅食得多,但係黑色既,真係未見過😂佢唔係平時食開彈牙厚肉type,外皮係薄脆型,中間有啲墨魚粒,食到果啲位就有啲咬口。 5️⃣原條燒章魚鬚($108) 上台既時候有啲嚇親😂冇諗過咁grand。一大個盤咁上,配上兩種醬汁同埋一小盤飯。章魚本身已經

咖啡味比椰奶味重,一啖飲到咖啡味餘韻陣椰奶味就會出黎。椰奶味道冇咁重感覺亦都冇咁膩,另外加左仙草,個人覺得都幾夾。
