九龍城有唔少泰式菜館,朋友今晚帶我嚟食泰式燒王2,以為新年少啲人食泰國菜,點知原來好多人,好在早少少到,仲有枱,坐低五分鐘左右已經滿座,好有人氣呀!睇完餐牌,好多嘢都想試想食,認真貪心,所以慢慢嚟一開始食燒牛肉沙律,乾爽新鮮的雜菜,加少許柚子汁,配選料上乘的燒牛肉,美味又開胃!牛肉本身約有八成熟,入口肉汁豐富,咬口極佳!整碟沙律份量唔細,性價比好高!跟住上冬蔭公湯,湯嘅酸辣度好平衡,亦冇過鹹,由於我哋冇點選咖哩嘅食物,但又因為肚餓,所以點了蒜蓉包浸湯吃。蒜蓉包上碟時香氣四溢也很脆,索滿冬蔭公湯又係另一番滋味,酸酸辣辣的包原來好過癮!大蝦蝦肉新鮮彈牙,雜菇和蝦的咬口竟然有點相似,好特別喎!趁熱飲呢個湯,就係最好嘅選擇!呢個時候,剛剛好馬拉盞炒通菜同泰式明爐魚一齊上,好正好正!通菜上菜時已經係陣陣鹹香,菜炒得翠綠亦冇“水汪汪”,相當鮮嫩可口,廚房師傅應記一功!喜歡呢度嘅明爐魚有不同的魚類選擇,當中竟然有盲曹,相對烏頭更滑又少啲骨,咁當然唔使諗其他啦!咁幼滑嘅魚,浸湯明爐上會唔會浪費咗?答案係完全唔會,因為泰式湯底令魚肉保持幼滑之餘,亦加多一份鮮甜!少少辣椒粒,蒜片,酸梅,洋蔥,加配不少肉碎

一開始食燒牛肉沙律,乾爽新鮮的雜菜,加少許柚子汁,配選料上乘的燒牛肉,美味又開胃!牛肉本身約有八成熟,入口肉汁豐富,咬口極佳!整碟沙律份量唔細,性價比好高!

呢個時候,剛剛好馬拉盞炒通菜同泰式明爐魚一齊上,好正好正!通菜上菜時已經係陣陣鹹香,菜炒得翠綠亦冇“水汪汪”,相當鮮嫩可口,廚房師傅應記一功!喜歡呢度嘅明爐魚有不同的魚類選擇,當中竟然有盲曹,相對烏頭更滑又少啲骨,咁當然唔使諗其他啦!咁幼滑嘅魚,浸湯明爐上會唔會浪費咗?答案係完全唔會,因為泰式湯底令魚肉保持幼滑之餘,亦加多一份鮮甜!少少辣椒粒,蒜片,酸梅,洋蔥,加配不少肉碎和葱條伴著魚吃,係層次豐富的口感,一啖一啖慢慢食,係一個很享受食嘅過程!

食咗咁多嘢,二人都唔使$500,因為冇茶介加一,簡簡單單就係好!
