雖然已踏入九月,但天氣還是很悶熱,只想吃點酸酸辣辣的泰國菜,增進胃口。這間是在銅鑼灣的新開泰國菜館,座位之間很寛裕,很適合大班朋友一起吃飯聊天。生蝦刺身$98-天氣炎熱,叫一個冰涷的生蝦刺身,生蝦很鮮甜,點埋個酸辣醬汁,很開胃。蒜蓉牛油燒大頭蝦$168-名乎其實的大頭蝦,個頭仲大個蝦身,蝦頭很多膏,蝦肉鮮嫩有彈性,蒜蓉牛油味很香。爆炸炒蟹$388-第一次食爆炸炒蟹,原來是用了很多香料和香葉等炒的蟹。隻蟹本身很大隻,味道很鮮甜,配合香辣的的味道,很有泰國特色,與平時我們吃的中式炒蟹很不同。青檸酸辣明爐烏頭$168-我最喜歡個湯汁,用了青檸和辣椒,所以味道酸酸辣辣,很開胃。烏頭魚肉幼滑,味道與青檸味很夾。涷青檸茶$28-酸酸甜甜的青檸茶,夠涷又清涼。芒果梳打$28-味道香甜的芒果梳打,解渴一流。
